Episode 3 Parks and Recreation Today handler Liesl Smith has been joined by serval behavioural expert Elissa Knights who is supervising her training with Baggins the serval cat. Elissa has flown over from Cincinatti zoo in America to help with the training which will prepare 4 month old Baggins for future ambassador work.
